Insta has grown from a small company focusing on automation installations into an international technology group. In 2025, we celebrated Insta’s 65-year journey. We clarified Insta’s brand and strongly presented our story on video, online, in the media, and by publishing a book on our history. The celebrations concluded with a gala at Nokia Arena together with our entire personnel and their loved ones. It was an evening of appreciating the past, as well as a demonstration of the spirit that we have for building the future.

Meaningful and interesting place to work
We achieved the best ever result in our personnel satisfaction survey. Our eNPS (Employee Net Promoter Score), which describes employee engagement, was 39, which is an excellent result.
New colleagues
We succeeded in recruiting more than two hundred new Insta team members in versatile expert positions. Work provides Insta employees with a means of making a substantial contribution to the construction and safety of Finnish society.
