The name of Leijona Instituutti Oy will be changed to Insta Kinetics Oy. The name change takes effect immediately.
The name change is a result of a share transaction, in which Leijona Instituutti was fully acquired by Insta Group on November 12, 2024. The name change does not affect the business ID, the company's practical operations, or our collaboration. The same people will continue to be responsible for customer relationships and operations.
