Insta Automation Oy has entered into an agreement with Steinmüller Babcock Environment GmbH for electrification and instrumentation installations for Vantaa Energy’s waste-to-energy power plant JV3 to be built in Vantaa. With a new power plant Vantaa Energy took another leap forward in its climate goals and will end the use of fossil fuels by 2026.
Insta's part of the delivery includes electrification and instrumentation installations and their de-tailed engineering. Insta's share of the work will start right at the beginning of August and end in the late spring of 2022.
Steinmüeller Babcock Environment GmbH is a traditional German boiler manufacturer belonging to the Japanese Nippon Steel & Sumikin Engineering Group.
