Insta will deliver electrical installation work at Patola's air-to-water heat pump and electric boiler plant in Oulunkylä, Helsinki. The heat production complex implemented by Helen includes two electric boilers with a combined heat output of 100 MW (50 MW each) and an industrial-scale air-water heat pump.

Insta's work site will start at the end of January, and the plant is expected to be completed in autumn 2026.
Insta's contract covers a wide range of electrical installations, including process and building electrification. Insta specializes in demanding energy and industrial projects, and its services include electrical and automation installations, project management, cabinet manufacturing, and energy efficiency solutions. The company is known for its high quality and ability to deliver projects on schedule and cost-effectively.
The heating plant complex to be built in Patola is one of the first of its kind in the world and part of Helen's investments in non-combustible energy production. An air-to-water heat pump plant and two electric boilers enable heat recovery and energy recycling, which reduces emissions and improves energy efficiency.
Helen is one of Finland's leading energy companies, producing electricity, district heating and district cooling. Helen's investments, such as the Patola project, are central to its strategy of reducing emissions and increasing the use of renewable energy.
