Insta Pilot’s Breath Air Monitor has been granted a patent by the United States Patent and Trademark Office

United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) has granted a patent to Insta Pilot’s Breath Air Monitor in June 2021.

Insta Pilot's Breath Air Monitor is a hypoxia early warning system that reduces the risk of physiological events (PE's). IPBAM alerts the user in low oxygen or pressure conditions and gives the pilot time to react. IPBAM also delivers a data log for measured and calculated parameters. This data can be used to study the conditions in which the dangerous situation took place and monitor the long-term performance of the aircraft systems.

United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) has granted a patent to Insta Pilot’s Breath Air Monitor in June 2021. Grant of a patent is a great recognition of Insta’s know-how and the uniqueness of the product.

Insta Pilot's Breath Air Monitor was developed close cooperation with the Finnish Air Force and it has been in use since 2018. Insta Pilot’s Breath Air Monitor is in use at three continents and Finnish Defence Forces uses IPBAM on every F/A-18 flight.
