The merger is a key element in the renewal of an already strong family business, and will be based on increasing customer value.

Specializing in cyber security and critical information systems, data analytics and industrial digitalization, and in consultancy in areas of cyber security, information security and data protection, Insta DefSec Oy, Insta Digital Oy and Insta Secrays Oy will create a new business entity, Insta Advance Oy, through a merger of subsidiaries.
Insta Advance will continue the operations of the previous companies as a strong and reliable partner for its security aware customers. The merger will take place on 30 September 2021.
