Insta DefSec Oy announced its collaboration with Nokia to integrate the Insta Response™ product family into Nokia’s new Advanced Command Center solution for public safety. Insta Response augments Nokia’s solution with multi-agency support, call-taking, emergency incident management and dispatching. Nokia’s industry-leading network expertise and global presence provide an excellent platform for Insta DefSec to address global market requirements for public safety command and control centers. This collaboration builds upon a long partnership between Nokia and Insta DefSec in cyber security solutions.
Insta DefSec and Nokia will showcase their public safety solutions at the Critical Communications World conference in Berlin, May 15–17. Several Finnish technology providers who support governmental authorities will take part in the event through a collaboration network called Critical Communications Finland.
The Finnish nationwide multi-authority emergency response center is renowned and recognized worldwide. Strengthening collaboration between local alarm centers and governmental authorities is now a global trend. Thus, Insta Response virtual control room concept and configurable standard operating procedures have been recognized as key elements to fulfil this industry need for collaboration.
