Insta and NSION have launched collaboration to provide customers an advanced situational awareness solution for future performance needs. The solution combines technologies from both parties and improves the efficiency of mission-critical operations. It has been tested in joint exercises with Finnish security authorities.
The NSC3™ system from NSION is a media broadcasting and management solution for situational awareness. The mission-based system enables authorized personnel in the field to communicate and share data in a secured environment. NSC3™ enables intelligent data algorithms to search threats and abnormalities from video or data feeds.
Insta Blue Aware™ is a lightweight, scalable and multipurpose situational awareness solution. It connects to multiple data sources, combines, and presents a uniform and shared location based situation picture in a web browser and a mobile application. It is suited for visualization and sharing of information within or between organizations to provide all users in command centers and field accurate situational awareness. It can be operated on the organization's own servers or public cloud.
– With this technology collaboration we can provide security authorities comprehensive situational awareness, which is the key to efficient decision-making and optimized operations, says Karri-Tuomas Salli from Insta.
The common concept by NSION and Insta is made for demanding users in defence and other government agencies, cities and municipals, first responders, event security, critical infrastructure and other organizations. It covers situational awareness, task management and team communication in a single package. The solution enables customers to enhance situation picture with real time video streams of best possible quality even in restricted capacity networks.
– Increasing number of different data sources demands easy integration of devices and huge scalability. Our joined capabilities will help our customers to enrich their situational awareness and guarantee fastest and up-to-date information flow. Real time use of artificial intelligence helps to capture the essential information from the noise, says Tomi Virtanen from NSION.
