Former Permanent Secretary at the Finnish Ministry of Defence, Lieutenant General (ret.) Esa Pulkkinen, will join Insta as Senior Advisor.
Pulkkinen brings to Insta extensive experience in defence, security policy and international defence cooperation. He has previously served, among other positions, as Permanent Secretary at the Finnish Ministry of Defence and as Director General of the European Union Military Staff in Brussels.
Pulkkinen’s expertise will support Insta’s strategic development and strengthen the company’s role as a trusted Finnish technology partner in the defence and security sector.
