We believe that the real performance is based on the ability of personnel to use the system optimally. When aiming at the best possible results, attention must be centred on the critical factors affecting performance.
Almost always the user's skills determine real performance, and not the ideal numerical values. The skills of personnel are even more important in situations where decisions must be made quickly and have far-reaching consequences.
We have built training systems for decades. Our experience confirms that simulator-based training as part of the training system is a cost efficient way to improve performance. Simulator training can be exploited on the different levels of organisation as well as in many kinds of applications and situations.
